忆及卡特，美国弗吉尼亚大学名誉教授雷朴实(Bruce Reynolds)在接受中新网采访时表示，卡特为人正直、聪颖，他训练有素，且做事尽心尽力，是一个以事实和分析做判断的人。
雷朴实指出，卡特一生都在倡导和平，始终坚信应该做正确的事，他的勇气有助于推动中美两国建交。卡特坚信，这些举措是正义之举。(薛凌桥)
Jimmy Carter, who served as the 39th president of the United States from 1977 to 1981, died on Dec. 29, 2024, at the age of 100. Among Carter's many diplomatic achievements during his presidency, perhaps the most notable was promoting the establishment of diplomatic relations between the U.S. and China.
Recalling former U.S. president Jimmy Carter, Bruce Reynolds, a professor emeritus from the University of Virginia (UVA), told China News Network that Carter is a man of morality, intelligence. He is well-trained with committed attitude throughout his career. Besides, he is a man believed in facts and analysis.
Reynolds further pointed out that Carter is committed to making peace all his life and he is persisted in doing right things. He added that it is Carter’s courage that makes the establishment of the diplomatic relations between the U.S. and China possible, In the eyes of Carter making peace represents doing right things . 在崔光灿看来，把公摊面积计入建筑面积的计价方式，总体是有利于开发销售方。但目前我国住房供需关系已发生重大变化，住房销售中购房人的权益应该得到更多的保障，如果要改变为按套内面积计价的话，具备一定合理性。目前，“改变计价模式”在法律层面已不存在障碍，但在实践中，仍需开发企业等多方配合。
广东省肇庆市住房和城乡建设局近日发布《关于全市范围内商品房实行按套内面积计价宣传销售的通知》，提出从2024年5月1日起，实行按住房套内面积计价宣传销售。
上海师范大学商学院教授、房地产与城市发展研究中心主任崔光灿对记者分析说，按套内面积计价由于面积的基础不同，单位面积的名义价格肯定会上升，但并不一定带来实际房价的上升，对于规范的企业来说，只是计价方式的变化，不会影响开发企业的总收入，对于购房人来说，也不会有购房总价的变化。
