随着住房交易进入存量市场和买房市场，多地政府和开发商开始主动做出改变。近年来，为了提振购房者信心，减少买房顾虑，合肥等地提出“积极探索按套内面积计价”，山东等地则提出“公摊面积需在合同中明确标准”。另有受访的业界人士表示，目前，已有多地开发商开始主动选择“按套内面积”的计价模式，进行住房销售。
“相对于其他城市，深圳本次政策调整的力度相对较为保守。”5月8日上午，美联物业全国研究中心总监何倩茹在接受记者采访时指出。
自动驾驶技术的普及，遵循从低速到高速，从固定路线到区域，从运货到运人，从公共交通、货运等场景开始，最终到私家车市场的转变。“整个行业离最终‘完全自动驾驶’的愿景依然存在一定距离，规模化商用仍需时日，但现有落地场景已十分丰富。”IDC中国研究经理王博称。
